Governance

The Canadian Bar Association (CBA) at the national level is governed by a President who is elected annually, a Past President, Board of Directors and Executive. The CBA-New Brunswick Branch is governed by its own Council.

The CBA-New Brunswick Branch Council elects officers, approves the budget and determines policy for the Branch as a whole. Council members are from all parts of New Brunswick and represent all areas of law and legal interests.
